- Membership Eligibility
• Must be of legal age (18+ in most countries).
• Must provide accurate personal and contact information.
• Cannot be a current member of a competing MLM.
- Independent Contractor Status
• Participants are independent contractors, not employees.
• Responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.
- Compensation Plan
• Income is earned through:
◦ Personal sales of Educations/products/services.
◦ Commissions or bonuses based on the sales of recruited members (downline).
• No guaranteed income; success depends on individual effort and team performance.
- Recruitment and Conduct
• No deceptive, coercive, or unethical recruiting practices.
• Must accurately represent products, earnings, and company policies.
• No cross-recruiting from other MLMs within the organization.
- Product Sales
• Products must be sold primarily to end-users.
• Inventory loading (excessive personal purchases to earn commissions) is prohibited.
• Refund and return policies must be followed.
- Use of Company Materials
• Trademarks, logos, and promotional materials are company property.
• Must use official marketing materials unless otherwise approved.
- Termination
• The company can terminate participation for:
◦ Violating terms or ethical standards.
◦ Fraud, misrepresentation, or legal violations.
• Distributors may resign at any time with written notice.
- Non-Competition & Non-Solicitation
• May not promote competing MLMs during or after involvement (typically for 6–12 months).
• Cannot solicit downline to leave or join another organization.
- Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes may be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
• Governing law and jurisdiction specified by the company.
- Modifications to Agreement
• Company reserves the right to amend the terms with notice.
• Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
